Server was attentive and professional. My Miso Salmon sandwich was exactly as expected and delicious. I ordered a Philly roll to state with. It tasted fresh and pretty much what my tastebuds were after but I did find each piece was inconsistent. Some had too much cream cheese which over powers the taste. I also found some of them loose and the each bite seemed to be different sizes. From my viewpoint there were two people behind the sushi counter and that one was possibly training the other. My suggestion would be tighter pack the roll when folding. I know I’m not in Japan but I’ve eaten a lot of sushi around this country and more rolls than I care to say. Regardless, Kona Grill did not disappoint. I will be back!

Excellent happy hour specials, some of the beat sushi available in the area. Romantic, business, casual or whatever mood you are in. Beautifully curated menu, to take you from continent to continent. You will find some delicious food, without much browsing. If you live in the area or are visiting for work, try Kona grill and never be disappointed.

Was told this had some great food at a decent price. The avocado egg rolls and the KS deviled eggs for starters. Had a few plates of sushi and all 5 were great. Even the Kona filet was on spot. Delicious miso soup. Five Stars without question.

Stopped into Kona with a few friends around 8:30 one night. To our surprise, Kona has a happy hour none of us knew about that made things that much more exciting. We sat in the heated patio area and our server was incredible. The bartender whipped up some of the best Moscow Mules I've had in a while..so those were flowing all night. We all ordered the tomato bisque as a starter and it was really tasty. It had a great consistency with awesome flavor. Both their sushi and potstickers were a treat too. Meet a few friends there sometime you won't regret it.

Happy hour starts at 9. Half price sushi and appetizers. They also have a really good happy hour red wine. Food is always good here. Clean place, friendly staff, fast service
