Culver’s - LINCOLNSHIRE

I stop by this location a few times a year. The last two visits have been very disappointing. This time I was served a burger with cold and old buns with low quality tomato and the fries were soggy and undercooked. When mentioned it to the staff they asked for a new batch but the cook refused and asked for them to be roasted in the oven!!! Still terrible. Won't come back. The customer service here has always been great! I've been here many times over the past 5 years and every employee has been extremely nice and food is always great! The food is fresh and awesome ! My favorite is triple cheese burger with triple cheese. The onion rings . The pints of Custer pre made different flavors ready to go.
