A very warm and friendly voice greeted us through the intercom, which pleasantly surprised my friend and me. We moved closer to the window, and it turned out to be the manager speaking to us. This happened on April 23, 2022, at 7 PM. I can't recall her name, but I want to ensure she gets the recognition she deserves. It was truly impressive! This is what exceptional customer service is all about.
