The kids' meal nuggets didn't come with any sauce, even after I asked twice. I had to request a receipt as it wasn't automatically given. They charged extra without my consent, and the buns were stale. There was no apology for any of these issues. Very disappointing!
I understand that fast food places aren't known for exceptional service anymore, but this experience was definitely not what I expected from Burger King. I've had better experiences at other fast food chains. In the end, I had to visit another Burger King located near 85 and Indian Trail, as this one on 29 and Killian didn't meet my expectations.
While waiting in the drive-thru for someone to acknowledge me, I suddenly heard, "What do you want to order?" I should have left then, but I was hungry. After placing my order, I reached the payment window and asked for ketchup, but was ignored. I received my food (without any ketchup) and drove away. Once I parked to eat, I found that everything was cold and the bun was hard. Frustrated, I ended up throwing the food in the trash and went home to make ramen instead.
Never eating here again! I've eaten here before and the service was great, these NEW hires are lazy and rude. and to top off, no one wears a hair net and l found a hair in my sandwich today!
I came to the drive-through. They welcome me with good morning that made my day the food was fresh and the service was great I always come to this Burger King never had any issues.
