I love this takeaway. friendly staff and eating is incredible.

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. They missed some items in our takeaway order, and when I received an apology, it quickly turned into an argument and the staff member was somewhat rude. It's a shame, as we have been customers for years, but we may need to consider dining elsewhere next time. If there are new owners, this could potentially explain the decline in service.

Under new ownership, the portion sizes at this Chinese takeaway have significantly decreased. The containers are now much smaller, which is disappointing. To stay competitive in Lichfield, they should consider matching the portion sizes offered by other restaurants in the city.

My most recent experience ordering takeout from this restaurant was disappointing. While the food itself was tasty, the service left much to be desired. Despite placing our order over the phone and having it repeated back to us, some items were missing when it arrived. After contacting the restaurant to address the issue, they agreed to send out the missing items. However, upon their arrival, we were charged extra for the missing items as well as an additional delivery fee, despite the restaurant acknowledging their mistake. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have encountered such issues with this restaurant, so we have decided not to order from here again.

Best Chinese food we have had for years. We will definitely go again. Every dish was cooked beautifully. Extensive menu and friendly service.
