Domino's Pizza - Libertyville

I called asking why my order didn’t get delivered and the man who answered the phone was rude and impatient. Don’t expect quality customer service, especially if all their employees are like this one.

It's a 50/50 whether or not your order will be ready when the app says or if everything is prepared. For most part good place, the just are a little sloppy in prep work. I think that's because everytime I'm in there it's new staff.

I work with adults with disabilities and came in today. The person who helped us today and made our pizzas was so kind and talked to the person I was with and the pizza was excellent too. The place was clean and organized and was very efficient. Pretty impressed overall, but mainly with the customer service we got today! Thank you. We will be back!

Their open and closing times vary as they see fit without informing us via their website or phone. Atleast in my area they deny delivery even though their voicemail claims they deliver to Mellody farms. They seem to hate to deliver to our apts not sure why. I can't order anything via their app to anything near me in these apts. I have to call and if I get ahold of someone they make it happen but that's IF I do otherwise I get left on automation voicemail messages and it goes nowhere. Just be honest with you hours for business and honest with delivery. I don't know why our apt complex near you is such an issue to serve. I would love a late night food option and you would be it!!!

Store is extremely well run and quality of the pizza is solid.
