Save yourself and don't order from here. They confirmed my order with an hour's wait. After an hour and a half, they pushed back (confirming by separate message that it was still coming). After over two hours, I called and was told it was cancelled (after being swore at). They even changed the reason for cancellation half way through the call. Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE.

I ordered a takeaway through hungry horse. The delivery was fine but the food was dreadful. The spare ribs were mostly fat and inedible. They somehow managed to make the crispy shredded beef both over cooked and soggy. The banana fritters were undercooked. The beef noodles were fine but did not make up for the rest of the disgusting meal.

I don't know how long this place has been open but a posh menu for it was hand delivered so we thought we'd give it a go. It's free delivery within 3 miles of the restaurant (think it's takeaway/delivery only . If you pick up in person you get 10% discount. The food order arrived very promptly although they said 45 minutes it was 20. Food wise there was nothing that was outstanding, sadly, although it was all edible. One should at least expect that, surely? But the sweet sour chicken balls were very tough, there was MSG even in the stir fried mixed vegetables with tofu (forgot to request none though I do wonder why it appears obligatory… and a butterflied prawns starter was underwhelming in flavour and quantity considering the £4.50 price tag. I'd probably try it again at a push but not before exhausting other possibilities.

Very fast. but really terrible tom yum suppe so salty it was not edible.

Thai garden catford is a small Thai caffe (with byob) and food delivery service in the south-east londons. it was excellent around 2007-08, but for some time it slipped. we decided to give him another chance and wanted us not to have it. first, we have set up an order that should be delivered over an hour later. we waited a good time longer and k phoned twice to check what happened. at both locations the person who answered the call was abrupt, rude and put the phone on him! the food arrived and looked quite good at first (the photos below are made with a handy, so probably not flatter).
