Papa John's Pizza - Lewis Center

I worked as a delivery driver for Papa John's for the past 6 months. I have been working long hours and never missed a day of delivering orders. Recently, there was a misunderstanding between me and a new coworker. The manager accused me of not asking her before smoking, but I believe it was actually the manager himself who smokes inside the restaurant. He has a bad attitude towards customers and employees, and even accused me of stealing $2 in tips. I handle cash regularly and have never had any issues before. I believe the way I was treated was unfair and I will be contacting channel 10 to report my experience.

The restaurant staff made racist remarks that were highly inappropriate and offensive.

I placed an order at the Bexley location on Main Street, but the driver did not knock on my door to deliver my food. Instead, he left my food on my dirty porch table. Luckily, my son noticed it before it stayed out all night in the 28-degree weather. I called the store to make a complaint and request a remake of my order, but the manager did not answer the phone. I had to pretend to place another order just to get someone to speak to me. The customer service I received was unhelpful, and the manager never returned my call. This experience has left a bad impression on me. If the issue is not resolved, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Just one bad experience can ruin the reputation of a whole establishment.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered takeout thinking it would be fast, but I was wrong. The service was incredibly slow. I arrived, checked in, and was told by a white lady with a neck tattoo that my order would be ready in 10 minutes. However, it took over 30 minutes for her to tell me that they had lost my order and would need to remake it. I was not happy with the service and expressed my displeasure respectfully. Then, a fat employee with a white goatee joined the situation and laughed at me. I will never order pizza from Papa John's again, especially from this location. My recommendation is to fire everyone and start fresh.
