Last time we went to the drive thru and when we got home, the food we got was not what we ordered. Ate it anyway and figured it was a one time mistake. Today after going to the drive thru, we checked our food before driving away and once again, completely different than what we ordered. Even the receipt was wrong. I am starting to think that they are always one orderbehind or just push things out and hope people don't notice. Anyway, we went into the store to get it sorted out which was ahassle because our receipt didn't match what we originally ordered. They did make it right and the food was good which is why Igave 2 stars instead of 1, but I am reluctant to ever go to the drive thru again at this location.
I was told they had no chicken available for the eight-piece crispy meal, and they asked me to wait 20 minutes. So, I ordered a three-piece instead, but my fries were cold and the chicken was dried out. The lobby was empty, yet they seemed to prioritize the drive-thru customers.
If you enjoy a bit of unpredictability, trying the drive-thru at this restaurant is an adventure! If you order a specific item, don't count on receiving it, although they somehow manage to get the drink orders correct. Always make sure to check your order before leaving, as things can get mixed up. If you need to go inside, good luck getting anyone's attention. The staff always seems busy, but it often feels like they're just ignoring you. Unfortunately, we've decided to take our business elsewhere for good.
I stop by this location around 2 times a month. It?s the best fast food restaurant around the Worthington, Westerville, Polaris, Lewis Center area. The staff is always polite, friendly and they give you super fast service. They also say thank youand don?t act annoyed about serving you. Other fast food restaurants could learn a lot from the employees that work here. Also, KFC is still economical compared to other places. And I?ve never been disappointed with the food at this location. Justwanted to share my always great experience at this location.
