Fab restaurant, an amazing wine cocktail list, the most friendly staff you can find eager to help and ready to answer any question asked. Restaurant has casual dining in place, but type of service and quality of food they are providing equals to fine dining restaurants. Breakfast gorgeous with a lots of choices from freshly baked pastries to super tasty eggs benedict. Check in out smooth, fast, friendly. Rooms clean, fresh with strong wi fi and t c station inside. The biggest bathroom you'll find tub plus shower cabin. Very quirky, stylish, friendly place with an extraordinary service. #dublin

Good acommodation, excelent service, the restaurant is awesome
This hotel is a four star hotel. The hotel is situated near an Industrial Estate and the Beacon South Quarter. There are many types of bedrooms to meet most budgets. The main reception room is unusual to say the least, but it may not be to' everyone's taste. We tried the basic room which wasn't bad at all. It was situated on the third floor. The bathroom had a lovely shower. We got bed and breakfast and I have to say the breakfast and the service was ok standard. We came back to visit and decided to upgrade the room to the Executive Room on the fourth floor. The difference between the two rooms is Approx €30. The Management upgraded us. The room had a calming colour on the walls, the couch was a sofa bed and the bathroom had a fabulous shower and a separate freestanding bath which was great. You got a free Irish Times, the two bottles of water were glass rather than last week which were plastic and no Irish Times. Was it worth the extra? In some ways yes for the views I would say yes but sadly the bed was different not as comfy as the previous week. The window was floor to ceiling so the views were good. Sadly you paid extra and breakfast wasn't included which would add €24 onto your bill. They didn't leave dressing gowns as in plural and towels nor the chocolates and cookies that are stated on their own website. Each room should get a check to make sure all type of towels and dressing gowns are there in the room. It's the little things that matter and make your stay pleasurable and memorable. We didn't get our second Irish Times when they came into clean the room the next day. What annoyed me was you have a lovely view if you don't look down at the road but why have the couch looking at a fridge and a wall rather than looking out of the window? If they swapped the desk with the couch the room would be more appealing in my opinion.Coffee costs €3.20 each. We tried room service it was steep. To get a plate of Olives €5 and one large dish of BBQ Wings €12 the tray charge was an added €10 but I have to say the food in this hotel is exceptional and tasty. There was some noisy visitors to the hotel which should have been moved on as there was families near but we didn't see any security dealing with this matter. The bar staff were attentive and helpful when you wanted to catch their eye. The staff were lovely, the two Managers we dealt with were really nice and helpful. The newspaper for our day number two, the dressing gowns were non-existent, nor delivered when it was brought to their attention.
I have a booking for a three night stay to go to a festival in July, I phoned to cancel the booking given the current climate and was informed that I had booked a non refundable package sooo i would not receive free cancellation and will have to pay the €485. I was gobsmacked considering what the world is going through at the moment. They did say they would defer the dates but I DONT WANT TO GO. I certainly would not book here again. Seems to me that greed is at its best in this situation. Not great advertising or publicity. Upset and very angry to be honest..........Teresa
