Subway - Lenoir City

The customer service has always been phenomenal. The employees are always very respectful and interactive. What I don’t like is the fact that I’ve had food poisoning twice from this location. I’m not sure if there is something wrong with the meat or vegetables but the last two times I’ve gotten a deli style sandwich I’ve gotten very sick from it. Also note that I’ve had the same sandwich from different locations without issue. It is not the employees fault for this!

MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT ORDER!! My husband open his Tuna with pepper jack cheese and jalapeño sandwich and discovered it was the couple behind me sandwich. TOO MANY HANDS IN THE KITCHEN. We were there 3/24/24 at around 1245 Ticket 5004693 The manager the name tag said an older lady. Put the wrong order together. Now someone else has the sandwich I ordered for my husband. And they are not gonna be happy.. so if you go here make sure you get your order correct. They need to mark the sandwiches so the workers can look and see which one especially when they start laying all of them on the counter and they are wrapped so who knows what they are. To say the least my husband was not happy with the avocado but he ate it anyway.
