Captain D's - Lenoir City

Need to just shut the place down......ordered a 4 pc dinner as me and my wife were going to split it as usual it was not correct. I got 3 pcs of fish with fries and okra as a side. The order of okra that i got i literally fit on 1 stab with the fork (literally 1 bite). I asked for ketchup malt vinegar and got butter sour cream. Never complained about the consistent screw ups but it really is time. Shut the place down!

Soda machine at 1230 pm didn't have ice. Employees state they opened late and didn't fill it. Soda was flat at best. Food was ok. People friendly but clueless. Manager wears gloves and touches everything then food. Cashier has on speed, lost. I won't be back. Been here only a couple times in last few years and now I know why I come so infrequently. I will stick to long john silvers going forward. Thanks for nothing cap D

As far as fast-food establishments go, I must say the Supreme Platter was terrific! (Two nice big fillets of fish, two big chicken tenders, 6 butterfly shrimp two great sides: ochra mac-n-cheese .... Great value. Freshly made. Quick attentive service. ????

Christopher was great!!! He took our order dine-in and was helping with drive thru. (We had 8 ppl and a $100 order) traveling through town from Georgia to Ohio, so this was our lunch. He was efficient and got everything done speedy!!! The food was fresh and delicious?. This was my first time ever trying Captin D?s?.. Thank you sooo much for being great Christopher!!! You rock!!!

The restaurant wasn't busy. It looked and was very clean. The decor was different than other Captain D's, nicer. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The fish was right out of the fryer it seemed and was crispy and delicious. The staff checked on us while cleaning off tables which I thought nice as I don't usually get that in other fast food places. They thanked me on my way out.
