I had the best customer service experience at this restaurant! There was a glitch with my online order not going through (it went through while I was there). The manager, Gary, and the young gentleman who attended to me, Noah, were both amazing and apologetic and took care of me as fast as they could. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's alright. Service at this location is spotty, especially if you're doing pickup. Done curbside twice and both times we had to physically go in because the girls were too busy trading gossip to bring the food out. Food was really good. The only thing is last time I was there I ordered ribs and chicken combo. I got ribs and BBQ beef which was very good but wasn't what I ordered. Best thing is for everyone check there carry out packages. Food: 4
