Wegmans Meals 2go - Leesylvania

My favorite grocery store. Traveling through Virginia, stopped for some baked goods. Wegmans always has baked goods especially in the fall. And I love their pumpkin pie. However, all the baked goods today looked like they were dried out and they just looked bad so I didn’t even get the pumpkin pie because it looked like it was cracked and old and dry. I just got a few cookies and they were good, but I still like Wegmans the fruit is fresh

This is the second cake I am trying to order. In the past years I have been able to go in and order with the help of an associate. I did not order my last cake through wegmans because I was not able to figure out the app. I am trying to order a cake for my other kid and have spent 45 minutes trying to login. I put in forgot my password and then am told ti update alll my info, and then it says I already have an acct. I did not click create an acct. It has been 100% frustrating so now for the second time since they’ve rolled out with online only orders, I am having to go somewhere else. My parents usually order MY cake here and there is no way they will be able to order my cake online. They don’t even have a smart phone. So disappointing.

Customer service in the catering department sucks. We ordered a cake for my sons graduation and it turned out horrible. What was the person thinking.

Great grocery store. Lots of choices and great organic produce. The staff are always attentive and informative. I was disappointed this morning when I paid full price for coffee and found out they don’t do refills anymore. Never buying a cup of coffee again in Wegmans.

Best grocery store in the region. Fresh everything and the staff is so helpful. I can get fresh sushi made just with what I like.
