Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe service was great. There was an alarm going off back in the kitchen that was a bit annoying and the salt was wet from being wiped off, I think. Even at the tables next to us. But other than that, it was great.
The food was fine. Maybe a little too much fat in the cooking. The bread was dry. I was served a warm dish for fish on top of cold rice pilaf. It definitely was no way to serve this dish. I have to assume it was a mistake. And when I asked the waitress whether it is normal to serve it cold,she went back and asked and came back and told me yes, unless the customer asks for it to be warm. That sound like B.S. since it doesn't say served cold and the waitress never told me. I also assume she was new and simply did not know much. Fortunately, I had their salad and it was good and the mashed potatoes where excellent.
Was passing through on my way home from Dulles. Ordered the Honey Garlic Chicken with a fully loaded baked potato. My potato was cold so much so that the sour cream and cheese didn't melt and the potato was stiff to cut into. It took a long time for our food to get there despite there being very few people in the restaurant. I don't think my food was kept under a heat lamp otherwise you'd think the cheese would've melted. My mom had chicken pasta in Asiago sauce and she said it was delicious, but there was very little chicken foe the price that was paid it was mostly just penne. Don't think we will return on our next trek down to Dulles.
We booked a reservation for 17 people!!! on Wednesday at 11:30am. 15 were senior citizens. Derek, the manager on duty, could not have been more helpful. From seating us according to our preference, accommodating without issue our request for separate checks, and even reserving an area for us to park the bus so those with walkers would not have to walk far, EVERYTHING was exceptional. It 's hard to please this many people, but Firebirds DID...(AGAIN for me, as I am a frequent guest due to the quality of the food. Rave reviews about the steak, the ahi tuna, the chili, the signature butt bread as we jokingly call it (it resembles a behind ; , the salads, the salmon....I can 't believe every single person was impressed and wants to return. Thanks to our wait staff as well. Superb job. Made me look like a hero!
Awesome experience for the whole family. Food was perfectly prepared, Cajun ribeye was fantastic. Our waiter was awesome and the entire wait staff worked well in harmony, a sign of great management. Drinks were delicious- love the Caribbean Sunset. Cannot wait to go back!
