Przekaż informację zwrotną14 walks, with wine tasting (4 weine,) chefs table with manuel grabner. kulinar the absolute highlight of my, added, still quite young, living! on the one hand the excellent service, on the other hand the history, the origin and the destiny of each dish to hear, see and taste, were a truly unique experience. in a small but fine round of 12 people, U-shaped around the open kitchen sitting, 2 meters from the heart, made the evening a highlight of my lech holiday! exceptionally, I save myself the description of the dishes - that is the love for kulinarik and regional products and producers must have experienced themselves. was my first chefs table in schualhus, but definitw not my last - is now visited every year!
Regional and typical Austrian, the schualhus should be. this claim is fully successful, so this restaurant is so unique. the food and drink card is good and clear. you find food there that are nowhere else offered. the foods are already a bit dedicating, but very tasteful and saturating, what you miss in upscale restaurants. the service was very professional and charming.
Already the reception was very charming and personal....and this moved throughout the evening.Greatly inspired menu with focus on regional ingredients, but with individual ideas roaming.....Z. b. woke in the dose on tooger fancy, with a kind of cracker made of spruce flour. ... further a quasi latschenkiefer cream brulee. .serves in the Latschenkiefer cream box from the Arlberg..... creatively, excellent and always wonderfully presented, not only visually, but you can also - at least a bit - sniff into the kitchen secrets. .!before there is another drink variation, e.g. some orange wines, which are uninhabited, but challenge the senne positiw....A total artwork.....A wonderful enjoyable all-round event!And:.... pricesome of course challenging, but the ratio 12 guests at 5 people rare in service (4 can one find it still 190 wine)
We were in the underfloor in the jausenstube for dinner and were completely enthusiastic. the personal white best decision, is friendly and courteous. on the recommendations of the nice operation we could absolutely leave. the atmosphere in the small, only approx. 20 person-capturing room is pleasantly family. the menu is clear, yet the choice was extremely difficult. all ingredients come from the region and that is tasted. simple dishes with best ingredients and excellently prepared. which is so difficult for some is perfectly implemented here. I would like to recommend the imperial smarrn - the best I ever had. I personally also enjoyed the drink card. who doesn't want to drink alcohol, find a great selection of delicious fruit juices. all in all a completely successful concept. congratulations! I hope to spend an evening at the Chef ́s table in the upper floor.
The schulhus is a really successful place. great and stylishly restored. on the ground floor and the small terrace are served local foods to reasonable trips. good quality. the prices of the drinks are partly somewhat covered, that is shame.
