T's Redneck Steakhouse - Lebanon

1st time to leave a negative review at a restaurant. Was seated in a corner booth in the dark with no lighting whatsoever, had to literally use my phone flashlight to see the menu, I sat for 35 minutes before even being acknowledged, ordered drinks and food and was told we would be moved after I complained, had to ask 3 times. We were finally moved to a booth with lights, dirt and cobwebs and still waited another 40 minutes for food. Ordered appetizer, wings had no seasoning whatsoever, even though we ordered buffalo and sweet chili, fried pickles were good, I ordered steak rare, it came out well done, side salad was absolutely bottom of the barrel lettuce, brown and wilted, croutons were just crumbs on the side, waitress never came back to check on us, owner/managers?? Kept walking by looking at us and our table, then would just look down at the floor and keep walking. Had to ask different waitresses twice just for a refill. First time and the last. I've eaten at restaurants every day for over 40 years now and this was hands down the worst dining experience I have ever endured anywhere. Food 2 Service 0 Atmosphere 1

Absolutely loved our first time here. As ranchers, we loved the atmosphere. And we are picky about our beef since we raise it. My husband’s steak was perfectly prepared and tasty. My hand-breaded chicken tenders were tender and juicy and perfect as well. The fries are fresh-cut here and scrumptious! And our waitress Lisa was the friendliest and most attentive waitress. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

I eat at T's every time I am in town. Staff is always very friendly and the food is always good. I love that they have a different dinner special for each night of the week.

Previously had a good time but, stopped by there tonight to have some dinner. . .sat in a booth, the waitress walked by us many times and was clearing tables and wiping them down without acknowledging us. When she did, one of us ordered a Rootbeer and she made it clear there would be no refills. . . no one asked and we didn’t care. Needless to say we walked out before we even finished our drink order. The demeanor and tone was very unwelcoming definitely won’t go back!

I came here last weekend while I was visiting family. (I’m from Indiana). Now I wasn’t expecting the Texas Roadhouse experience. But I did get great service, no wait, and great quality food. And the price was absolutely unbeatable for what we got! Definitely plan on stopping here again next time I’m in the area!
