Steak N Shake - Lebanon

We were given a very good experience at S n S yesterday. It was the best burger that I had for awhile. The service was very good. The milkshake was a excellent ??. Thanks.

Waitress was horrible from time ahe opened door till we left open 10 another family asked if they can seat or do u wait she turned around looked at thwm and pointed to sign .how rude .came our table asked order i order cup chili she said we movht not have some yet ill check .she necer came back to communicate that it wasnt ready and would be served later. She came with food .. No chili still . cheese fries cold .. I asked her to take chili off ticket since we still hadnt got it yet .she smartly said shea. Fixing it now . I do not recommend hef as waitress if she is manager lord help who works under hef

The service was good, but eating has been since the last time I had steak and shook about 2 years ago. not the same. Shake still delicious! young lady I spoke with the full opening hours 10-10. she was still polite and pleasant. amazingly, young people work these hours if so many companies do not rent enough employees even parttime! steak and shake at this place need to do something right?

The food was ok, but ordered online on the app and when we pick it up, they tried to give us completely different food, then they told us that they gave our order to someone else and had to give it back.

First customers of the day, and our experience was top-notch! Excellent fries and onion rings, hot and crispy. My fav, the Frisco Melt, was perfectly grilled and dressed, and the milkshakes were, as always, heavenly!
