It took around 20 minutes just to place our drink order and receive a menu. When we finally tried the pizza, it lacked flavor; the sauce seemed mostly like water. I hope that if we decide to return, we receive better service and the food is tastier. Additionally, there was no buffet available, which was surprising for a Saturday lunch—I would have thought that would be the ideal time for one. I've definitely had better experiences at other restaurants.
I'm originally from Tulsa, and every time I visit, I indulge at Mazzio's because they now offer Ken's Pizza on the menu. It's my favorite! The restaurant is clean, the service is great, the food is consistently good, and it's absolutely delicious!
Watch out when ordering by phone. Your call won't go directly to the local restaurant; it’s directed to a main call center that takes orders and sends them out to the restaurants via computer. So, even if you mention Lebanon, Missouri, your order could end up in Lebanon, Tennessee, Kentucky, or who knows where! That said, the food is consistently very good, fresh, and hot.
It was my first time dining at Mazzio's and unfortunately, I won't be going back.We had a party of 6 go for dinner around 7:30 pm. We had 4ordered 3 pizzas, 2 of their Calzone rings along with an order of pasta and a sandwich with fries.It took almost an hour after ordering before the last item, the sandwich was finally delivered.Our waitress was not very attentive and it seemed the employees were spending more time talking than working.
Order online delivery I am fast and hot here. they forgot my side salad, but I wasn't worried. everything I ordered was absolutely delicious! will it be back soon?
