The Honeycomb Lodge - Leavenworth

Last minute weekend escape ended in this beautiful place, but apartment is little too old, coffee machine is what makes me the best of stone age and coffee is in Ziplocks. First stop for coffee is 10 minutes away. But that could not stop us from having a great time. Pool was closed, but less than 5 minutes away is Lake Wenatchee State Park on the way there we are riding ground, Leavenworth is 20 minutes away and Issicle River is another great place for swimming.

Only this beautiful course, this cool but stellar morning. Karen in the Pro-Shop was as friendly as Polly, who served me a really good hot dog after my round. A challenging course, especially the front nine, have to drive it right now. The fairways were immaculate, as you could see on the photos, were also the greens that were just a perfect stimp level. Hats for superintendent! The hardest hole, IMO was #4, where the slightly elevated green sits right next to the lake, and when you roll on the right, it is in the lake! Stay on your way. #15, a Downhill par 3, also requires accuracy. Nice granite tea marker... very well done. A really funny course... I'll be back!

Courteous and friendly staff, followed by a beautiful well maintained course with stunning views and exquisite houses along some of the holes. Greens were phenomenal and a beautiful breeze always seemed to be on your face. I would often come back if I lived closer.

Spending time with family up here and got a chance to play the course. What a beautiful and challenging golf course. Friendly staff and you won't find a much more senic course anywhere. Hope to play it again!
