Hondos Shrimp Fish - Lawrenceville

Hondos has great food and great prices!The unique ordering kiosk is simple and efficient. The food was ready very quickly and was absolutely delicious!!! Even the coleslaw and tartar sauce seemed to be homemade!This was my first time at Hondo's but I find them very good, highly recommended and I will definitely come back!!

They make everything on the spot. This place is delicious, staff is very friendly, amazing family owned and clean restaurant! Our family favorite! Highly recommend the Mediterranean chicken sandwich!!

Food: Great place to to grab a fish sandwich. I ordered the Flounder fish sandwich and it was an absolutely delicious. It’s also gigantic!Service: Service was impeccable The way the lady put the container in the plastic bag and made sure that the food was situated properly was chef’s kiss. You can never go wrong with exceptional guest service.I’m sorry that I haven’t gotten to Hondo’s sooner.

Stopped in here because we were working in Discover Commons. The two of us ordered fried flounder meal and sandwich. Prices seemed a little high, until we got our food. Portions were overly generous. The fish was hot, fresh, and delicious! We were both starving hungry, but couldn't finish our meals because there was so much. Fries and hush puppies were also very good. Tartar sauce seemed home made and was way better than most. My only complaint is that they charged extra for lemon.

I've come here a few times. The food seems to be declining in quality. The shrimp was overcooked and dry. I feel like this fish is being fried along with the chicken. It should be golden color, not this brown and hard. No flavor, tastes burnt or of old grease.. and not worth the $22 I paid. I should have just gone up the street to Pappadeaux's.
