Alte Post - Laufenburg (Baden)

The Greek Restaurant Alte Post in Laufenburg, Germany has a menu with a nice mixture of dishes. Not to many, so making a choice is a joy rather than a hassle. All the dishes are prepared with high quality ingredients and served in a way that not only the stomach can enjoy good food but also your eyes can enjoy a nice view of the plate. The personnel is trained very well in hospitality and shows that they have pleasure in dealing with the guests. The restaurant itself has three areas. One is the ancient but well preserved and maintained old post area. The second is a modern decorated part. And last but not least a beer garden with a breath taking view on the river Rhine and the medieval part of Laufenburg (Switzerland). All in all it's a warm recommendation from my side. Go there and have a try.

We decided to try out the Alte Post for a meal with friends and we were not disappointed! Fast and friendly service and large portions, and most importantly delicious! Also they have a good selection of German beer to accompany the Greek menu. Was an very enjoyable evening looking over the Rhein. We will be going back again!

It has taken forever. the food was cold! the half was forgotten and I was brought another court I had not ordered. I called and the very unfriendly woman, couldn't come to me. superseed

The meat was cold and hard, moreover a white carving should knock meat and not only a thin, hard piece of calf meat with a lot of divorced around it. really disappointing and not recommended! also the lamme shimmer!

Very sympathetic suppliers. Eating has tasted very well, could have been a bit warmer.
