Duck Donuts - LATHAM

Came in exactly when they closed and the manager/owner still let us in. He offered us a discounted box of donuts and when we realized we didn’t have cash on us(pos was shut down by 6pm) he gave us the box for free. Could not recommend this place more!! Donuts are to die for and the staff are so welcoming and the owner(didn’t catch his name) clearly cares for his staff a lot. Will be coming back

Ok, first of all, I don't eat donuts. I probably haven't had a donut in a year, at least (try to eat healthy, you know). Until fate brought me here. Fresh, hot, made to order, crazy varieties...soooo good. I had three!I even bought a damn duck.Glad this place isn't close to my home.Dunkin' better run for cover...

First of all, the donuts are amazing. No matter what you get, the flavors are tasty. The whole reason for this review is because of the amazing service and the people working there. Last night I ordered ahead for a morning delivery through GrubHub for a dozen donuts. This morning I get a notification that GrubHub cancelled my ordered. I called the store to see what was up. They apologized but said they didn’t cancel the order so try through DoorDash. So I did that and successfully got my order. Not only were the donuts still warm and obviously delicious, they decided to graciously throw in half a dozen *free* plain donuts (that I didn’t ask for) but she remembered my name from our phone call and decided to throw in a treat for a mistake they didn’t even make. This error was entirely on GrubHub but the DuckDonuts employee decided to go above and beyond to fix the problem. Thank you!!!! <3

I just love this place n there donuts are just wow.Parking: Parking is always available.

Really nice doughnuts if you want to bring to q party. Usually staff is very nice and makes for a pleasurable experience.
