Subway - Las Vegas

I want to thank the employees at this location, they are always so pleasant and I feel welcome as soon as I step in the door. Today is August 25,2023 about 4:30 , I'm not sure the employees' names but they're my favorite ones . They always make my sandwich right and with a smile on their faces. They had a line out the door and they kept Checking on me and Apologized for the wait numerous times . I don't mind waiting at all because I know they are busy and are trying to help all their customers quickly and efficiently. They need to be acknowledged and appreciated. Thanks ladies :

There was a small asian woman with a mask saying very mean things and called 911 on me because i had my kitten in a carrier my car had died so i went in to get my son food and water she was very rude and i told her i'd leave i just wanted to pay for my sons sandwich, wish i could leave 0 stars she should be fired !

If I could give a zero i would no customer service guy kept hanging up in my face ask for the manager and corporates number refused and hung up again. He looks like he spits in food you need to get better people in there because I will not be back and I want to be contacted asap.

They don't put the meat you like on pizza. They don't have water cups. My sandwich was good they was open on time. My second visit definitely my last visit. I didn't care for the lady attitude I came for food not to be treated rude. The place was clean

The Asian lady is ridiculously rude. I can’t. The other poor lady looks so overwhelmed and micromanaged. The Asian lady I asked her for a manager and she said they don’t do that. Ok. Weird. But that I could complain online and that they don’t give out names which is why I keep calling her the “Asian lady” so freaking rude. No wonder you guys have 3 stars at this location. Weird!!!!!
