I had made reservations for my mother, Dr. Venetta Whitaker's birthday at T-Bones restaurant through Open Table. However, when we arrived on June 18, 2014, the restaurant was closed for remodeling. It was a special birthday celebration, and unfortunately, no one had contacted me to arrange alternate plans. This lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional.
