We did not have reservations but happy that sears were available at the sushi bar. Yay!!! Service was absolutely great. 5 Stars!!!! Food: Chicken Chips Spicy Ahi Tuna Roll Pork Belly with Salt and Tare sauce. Adegashi Tofu (Best) Grilled Steak- sooo tender All the dishes and skewers were delicious. They are open late night and this will be our go to spot for late night dining.
If you are interested in yakitori in Las Vegas, then this is the place for you. A friendly environment with a cozy atmosphere, thisnplace has everything. The must try dish is the crispy chips and the chicken karaage. The crispy chips are made with chicken skin. It is guilty pleasure. The karaage is fried to perfection. You might want to steer away from the sukiyaki as it is a little bit too salty. Overall amazing. Only downside is that it is far from the strip.
Delicious food and worth going! The salmon sashimi is very fresh. Beef tongue skewer is also good. It's good to reserve in advance, but they also have enough seats near the bar for walk-in. The parking is soooo hard. The plaza is not very big but with so many cars. You can park in nearby plaza (e.g. near walgreen there were plenty of parking lots) and walk here.
The restaurant is nice, good service, the food is a little expensive but the quality is good, even my “Japanese” hubby thinks it’s good. He loves the food, he was talking to the chef in Japanese.
First time here and the staff here are great! Welcoming with open arms, and the food was as that! Great Yakitoris and Carpaccios! Prolly the best tasting ones so far in Vegas. Forget the high prices Strip stuff...do local and fresh! Hachi's will not disappoint!
