Why close the drive thru when there are more employees than customers. You have 5 employees. 2 doing all the work. 1 just watching everyone work. 1 who is obviously new. 1 managing the drinks. I got my order in 12 minutes ago. Still waiting on a wake up wrap and bagel minis. 12 minutes for those 2 items when there's no one ahead of me.I appreciate the guys busting their hinds in the back I feel bad they have no one to help them.Need better management at this location. 15 minutes is a long time to wait on a weekday especially when you made us all park our car to go inside.So avoid if you're on your way to work
Terrible experience. all our foods were either burned or very boiled. we asked for a remake on one of the bagels as it was burned and it came burned more than before. the manager was very rude as soon as we got in. we hadn't even said a word and tried to pick up our order since we had ordered online, but they started screaming and insisting that it wasn't ours. such a terrible experience and people should not work there if they do not even know the basis of customer service. will not come back to this dunkin. Maybe it was a free day for the manager, but we expected better.
20 minute wait for an iced coffee. This is worse than waiting for Starbucks in any of the hotels on the strip. Would not recommend
I hate Dunkin donuts. Their donuts are garbage. However, this Dunkin was actually really good. The food was fresh and well made and I ended up enjoying a tomato pesto sandwich from this location. I highly recommend as staff here are friendly and the food is delicious.
