Ambhar Lounge - Las Vegas

Ambhar lounge is located in the hotel tropicana, and after my relaxing body pack in glow (also in the tropicana) we have burst into ambhar for their happy hour.

Beware! Bartenders tipped themselves extra on the transaction slip after I gave cash tip. Will never go back. I caught it and told hotel but just blew it off.. seems like a regular scam there.

I give five stars for Thursday karaoke and prices, but only one star for drink availability and the poor bartenders. I brought over 30 guests here for karaoke, and each time my guests complained about the incredibly slow service. The bartenders are constantly on their phones, and seem to prioritize serving attractive women over others. Regardless of how busy or slow the night is, they often ignore customers for 15-20 minutes before serving a drink.

The lounge is incredibly comfortable and spacious, with a large bar area. The karaoke host is the best in town, full of energy and a real fun guy. We always have a great time there every Thursday.

The bartender named Brian at this Las Vegas establishment is the worst we've ever encountered. Despite being regulars who enjoy karaoke here, Brian continuously causes problems for us. He has overcharged us for drinks and messed up our orders multiple times. On a recent visit, I ordered food from the Lotus restaurant inside the hotel and began eating it in plain view of the other bartenders. Suddenly, Brian approached me and informed me that food was not allowed in the bar, despite allowing other patrons to eat there. In short, Brian's unprofessional behavior tarnishes the reputation of this place and he should not be working behind the bar.
