Subway - Landrum

I got what I expected and it was good... But they forgot to heat it up as I had requested.

Four girls working; no one inside; wait two min in drive thru to be ignored. Go inside it’s like a hassle to wait on you. If this is service, I don’t want any. Just lost any future business.

Ordering online? Get you dressing on the side. I've ordered online twice months apart. Both times received southwest dressing versus honey mustard. Couldn't eat the sandwiches, wasted my money and not sure if I was being punked.

If I could I would give this a zero. Me and my 8 year old brother went in for dinner on Friday on 05/05/23 I told the person I had five (5) subs she rolled her eyes at me and throw down the bread. She asked with an attitude what's first my brother tried to tell her she ignored him completely and rolled her eyes at him. So I had to place it for him. Next I went to go pay me bill it was a $62 order I pull two 50s from my wallet and the guy at the register said we no longer accept 50 dollar bills so I went across the street to brake a 50 thinking it was to much for them to give back in change. I go back over and told me with an attitude I already told you we can not take no 50s at all.went back to brake my other bill and I finally got my order .they had no sign anywhere about it or told me before placing my order. I went on Saturday 05/06/23 to fill a complaint the people behind the counter both days did not have no name tags on. I asked for the manger or corporate and they said they can't do that. And the manger is about to leave so she might not show up anymore the people refuse to help me this subway just lost a customer.

Update your hours! Google says you open at 7:30 and the person inside won’t serve my wife because they open at 9:00. It’s not that hard to update Google.
