Southside Smokehouse & Grill - Landrum

We tried this place for the first time today after an employee recommended it while we shop. They had no tables available (first sign that it was good! But I could put us in the bar right away. Sarah (Sara? was the bartender and she was absolutely fabulous! When I mentioned that we just moved out of Utah and that I had no southern food, she went beyond and beyond to show me the southern experience. The dishes and drinks were fabulous, the atmosphere fun and customer service exemplary. We'll be back and I think we just found our favorite place!

Today I had the summer salad and yesterday we had wings (Banngin! and appetizer plate). I must say who smoked that day (whatever was on the smoker definitely brought her 'A' game lol. I can definitely say I'm back. I was here at least 10 times, but I'm finally writing. Oan the atmosphere is quite cold. I usually sit at the bar, but at times when I just want to write (as today I will sit at a table. I always have a good experience here. Come out and see me.

We thought after getting a quick bite to keep us over dinner. We shared a sampler appetizer plate. Each article came hot and well prepared. The pickles are the best I ever had!

Great food, nothing bad. We enjoyed the different taste bbq sauces.

The bbq was good on its own, with sauce, and on the nachos. The slaw and sides were delicious too.
