The pizza is overpriced; I spent $36 on two pizzas and some bread, and then I was charged twice for it! When I asked for a refund, all they could say was that "everyone is getting charged twice and corporate can refund you." However, the female manager refused to provide her name or the corporate phone number. It’s been about a month and I still haven't received my refund! I strongly advise against ordering from here!
We placed several anonymous orders for a family, and we never received any feedback. When I ordered today, I requested tracking, and upon receiving the "order complete" notification, I called to confirm that the food was delivered. That's when I was put through to the manager. She informed me that they were no longer allowed to deliver to that location. So when were you planning to tell us? You've been charging our credit card each time! The manager admitted that they had been charging our card and throwing the food in the trash. Apparently, this was at the instruction of the district manager, who said to do this until we called to ask how the delivery went. What?! They clearly have our phone number; they could have called us or, at the very least, not charged our card. This is ridiculous! I even received an "ORDER COMPLETE" message. It was complete—right into the trash! This is incredibly wrong on so many levels! I will never go there again, and I won't recommend it to anyone. This is theft, pure and simple!
As this is the only restaurant that delivers in our area, we don't have many options. For three consecutive times when Michelle was working, our orders were consistently incorrect. However, I've noticed that a new person, possibly named Lisa or Liz, has taken over our orders, and everything has been fantastic since then! Kudos to her for the improvement. Our deliveries have also been quick.
Wouldn't deliver to me because I'm in a semi truck even though I'm at a physical address but they said someone had to live there even though I live in my truck. I've had Domino's deliver to my truck countless times and never once had an issue but apparentlythis Domino's says it's corporate policy. Absolutely horrible service
We ordered 3 pizza's for delivery. 2 of them were dropped. When I called to complain I was told I could bring them in for a new one. I had them delivered because I couldn't pick them up. So, I said no thanks. I was supposed to get a credit on myaccount that didn't happen either. I have pictures.
