Taco Bell - Lancaster

I don't want to do self checkout I WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I walk up to the register wait on me that's what you get paid to do! Don't tell me I have to self checkout! Rude unprofessional where is my employee free meal for waiting on myself! October27th, 2022 5:29pm

Rude employees, it takes FOREVER to get your food, the place is NOT that clean.. I use to LOVE Taco Bell, it use to be my favorite fast food lol but NOT anymore!

The manager is very thorough friendly helpful and the quality of service and speed are consistent The Waxhaw location is the BEST in the area! I go out of my way to eat there.

I normally don?t make post about restaurants because I am overly dissatisfied with this Taco Bell, I order the chipotle flatbreads meal and my flat bread was hard at the bottom , it came with no tri color tortillas and my cherry Pepsi was flat .This is not the first time I?ve had a bad experience with this location I just didn?t say anything but the people in therereally needs to be retrained on food preparation and customer service. I will not eat there again

Me and my girlfriend just moved here to the Lancaster area from Garner, NC. The Taco Bell we had there was the worst one. Now that we moved here, we believe we found the best one! The employees seem very nice from the last two days we came here and lastnight when we went thru the line we even overheard the manager (or at least who we assume was the manager) telling her employees good job guys! . Good positivity! Keep it up!
