Little Caesars Pizza - Lancaster

Pizza got my family and I got sick. The cheese pizza with all burned to hell. Manger gave people who never showed up on the computer, but they all had revenues that prove they have already paid, was 10/22/22

Staff was rude and not respected customer service, she cried and went away

Garbage got an extra best and it had nothing up and had to waste my time for another and got no refund

Worse Little Ceasars in USA!!! You never answer the phone and never have pizza ready!!!! You literally have to go to an order? If you are lucky and someone answers, they have the worse settings! I just want to wake up somewhere, but my son loves Little Cearsars

Im extremely angry, frustrated, and disappointed. The service at this location is ridiculous. I waited 40 minutes for my order and to top it off they got the order wrong. I requested to refund me my money and that I no longer wanted the pizza. It?s been two weeks and they haven?t refunded nothing. One of the employees claimed to be the manager and then the second time I went she said that the store manager wasn?t there and this was coming from the same employee. This is the worst management ever. I can?t imagine how much money they have stolen from different people. Wait there?s more?.. I told her that my receipt said voided and not refunded and she mentioned that both terms are the same in their system. Incorrect they aren?t the same young lady void is one thing and refund is another. There is seriously something really illegal happening with peoples money.
