Complexity Wine - Lancaster

Not many vegan options in the AV, so it’s always exciting when new places open up or existing joints add vegan items to their menu. Complexity is a wine and cheese lounge, offering several vegetarian dishes with cheese tasting options. I thought I was going to have to order a house green salad only, until I discovered two clearly labeled new vegan entrees. I tried the jackfruit and quinoa tacos and they were delicious. I was not expecting such good flavor for a non-vegan restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth coming back. Nice atmosphere, excellent wines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Owner open to suggestions (hopefully one day they can incorporate cashew cheeses to pair with the lovely wine! Lol). Did I mention all the great wine, wine, wine?

This is the ideal spot for enjoying a lovely glass of wine, delicious food, and great conversation.

Nice environment. Soft Jazz musician playing. Good volume level. Not overbearing. Wine is very drinkable. Food is above average. Service/attention is always good. A very enjoyable time!

We visited Complexity Wine for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The wine selection was great, the ambiance was nice, and the service was good. We especially enjoyed the food, especially the lamb shroom dish. We will definitely return.
