Hardee's - Lancaster

At the entrance I was greeted with a warm greeting. My order was taken with a smile. The cashier and I promised how fast the time was running. She made the statement "people are always in a hurry, she thanked me for being patient because many orders had come in and my wait was longer than expected. When I got my food, it was hot and the presentation was remarkable. The dining room visitor bought all spices with hesitation. Food at hardee 's was like eating at apples. Great customer service and the food was full. Go on.

I was 5th in line during a Saturday breakfast rush where the cashier was a trainee who required managerial assistance on EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. I understand the necessity of training new hires. Just not during a breakfast rush.

Oh my goodness! Thank you for an amazing burger experience! The service was quick, the food was served hot, and when I mentioned my allergy and requested no phone or onion rings on my burger, they pleasantly surprised me with a salad pack! Everyone was very courteous. Thanks again! I tried to call you, but the number wasn’t working. Kudos to you and your team!

The burger was spot on! My husband said it was incredibly delicious. I ordered the mushroom Swiss, and I can't recommend that sandwich. The gravy and mushroom sauce were way too hot; I had to let it sit for a bit until it softened my bread. But the meat itself was really good!

Absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed the Pork Chop Biscuit and Gravy Sandwich. The service was great, even though they were quite busy.
