Great Tim Hortons, line is usually long but that’s what you expect downtown. Staff is always on the ball with the orders and accuracy of the orders, come here everyday during my lunch and have never been disappointed!
To the ladies who work the morning shift around 9 am; you ladies are fantastic! They produce the BEST vanilla iced coffee I’ve tasted from Tim Hortons! You ladies rock and make my day so much better just with a simple delicious ice coffee
Recently I had a problem with my order, normally I don't say anything but this time I sent a complaint to head office. They messaged me back within the hour and the store manager called me that same day. They replaced my order and even offered some donuts as well. Thank you!!
When I walked in there was around 25 people in line. I did not have to wait even 10 minutes. The speed of service at this location never fails to amaze me. Gale and her team rock it everyday! Favourite location in London, ON!!
