Starbucks - Lambeth Canada

Went to this Starbucks several times via the drive thru. Staff is always very friendly and they get the order right every time. I come early, so not too much wait.

Not often do I leave a tip at a drive thru, but the service here really deserves it! I’m not a regular, so I didn’t know what to order. The staff person on the other end efficiently and kindly explained the usual orders, and I left with exactly what I wanted! (A cold brew with cream and syrup) I will definitely be back to review in full!

This location IS NOT open till 10 pm Sunday, someone needs to update the hours on their Google page

A worker named “RACH” at this location was giving extremely snobby looks toward me and other customers for absolutely no reason. I was waiting for my caramel frapp and she was looking at customers very weirdly. Not my first time experiencing this at this location. Very disappointed.

So I ordered a beverage through uber eats on Monday August 7th and about half way through the beverage i noticed a weird taste and texture in my mouth. I opened the cup and there was a rim of dark brown crumb on the cup and then when i tilted it there was a large glob at the bottom of the cup. When I poured the remaining coffee into a bowl the glob disintegrated and left me with a thick crumby soup in the bowl. I'm really hoping that this was just a weird biscuit or cookie that was randomly in the cup when the coffee was added.... but I just don't know for sure. I had some stomach issues all last week and I don't know if it's related to the glob in my beverage or not. I know that losing one customer isn't going to really make a difference to them, but I don't think I'll be able to bring myself to go to another Starbucks ever again. Just permanently grossed out I think.
