Starbucks - Lakewood

It seems like there’s a constant turnover of staff at this restaurant. The drinks take a long time to prepare when ordered through the app. They sometimes shut down the app for this location because the corporate office isn't providing enough employees to operate efficiently.

I ordered oatmeal twice before but they were out of it. Today, I ordered oatmeal again, and when I got home, I found only the oatmeal and a spoon in the bag—nothing else. I tried calling four times, but no one picked up. It’s Sunday at 11, and the place was empty, so there really isn’t any excuse. Food: 4, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.

We have never experienced such rudeness before. We ended up with no drinks and no refund. We ordered two frozen strawberry lemonade drinks, but they forgot to add the lemonade. The staff member who prepared the drinks was incredibly unpleasant, which left my daughter in tears. I will never return to this Starbucks in Lakewood, NJ, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
