Dunkin' - Lakewood Ranch

The food is what you'd expect from a Dunkin'. The service in the past has been decent, but it hasn't always met my expectations. I usually don’t go inside, so I can’t speak to the ambiance, but overall, it’s a decent place.

I was disappointed to find that they didn't have any eggs! As a diabetic, I'm unable to eat donuts. Additionally, the staff informed me that they didn't have any change available. I could have used my card, but my purse was in my car. In the end, I left a tip of just over 50 cents for the person who packed up 6 donuts in a box for my grandkids.

The service and customer satisfaction at this doughnut shop are noticeably declining. I frequently stop by for coffee, and today I decided to purchase 6-7 assorted doughnuts. When the employee started using separate bags, I requested a box instead. Unfortunately, I was denied one due to management's policy. Well, Mr. Manager, you've lost a regular customer over the cost of a box.

Traffic free location. Great people working here and a clean location. They need to use the numbers on the ticket. It’s quicker and less customer mistakes (like mine ? . Please use the ticket numbers. In all, it’s a great space for a quick breakfast and they’re hard workers.

Absolute idiots. didnt know what the muffins were. I said anything BUT a chocolate chip is ok . guess what they gave me...yep...chocolate chip!
