Waffle House - Lakeland

I have been restaurant manager for many years and I was very satisfied with my experience today. Joy, our server was friendly, courteous and absolutely amazing! we were greeted with an immediate greeting and smiling that continued throughout our visit. highly recommended! I am from ohio, but will definitely return during my next Florida visit! Many thanks that joy is exactly what her name is. it was a joy meeting! they are a price for this facility!

Vicky and Renee keep this place alive. All of the odd hours tend to leave a drag on people but I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I never had to ask for a refill or had to deal with a delay in service. We liked everything we ate and the waitresses were so kind. Do not sleep on this place when in a late night pinch Renee and Vicky will take care of you.

This was undeniably the best Waffle House I've ever visited. Normally, I'm not a big fan of Waffle House, but my boyfriend and a few friends suggested we go there, and I'm so glad we did. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of our food, but I absolutely will next time—there will definitely be a next time! I can't recall the waitress's name, but we arrived around midnight, and she was the nicest waitress I've ever encountered anywhere. She truly stood out, and Waffle House should promote her and give her a raise because she was excellent that night. I would absolutely recommend Waffle House, especially with that outstanding waitress. I'm definitely looking forward to going back to get her name!

My friend is a huge fan of Waffle House, so he invited me for breakfast. The staff was friendly and professional, and the restaurant was clean. The prices were reasonable, and the food was truly delicious. They also have a jukebox, which adds some great music to enjoy while you eat. I’m definitely going back!

Absolutely AMAZING! I didn't order a lot—just five servings of hash browns with ham, mushrooms, cheese, eggs, and gravy. It was the best I've ever had! The chef truly excelled. Our server, Celeste, was a fantastic example of what a server should be. She had a beautiful smile, was incredibly friendly, and was eager to look after all her customers, not just us. I left feeling very satisfied. Thank you, Celeste!
