Starbucks - Lakeland

Great customer service especially the gentleman at the drive through this afternoon. He was so sweet ! This starbucks location is near my job and I will be returning!

Another Starbucks with a line around the building and doesn’t know how to service more than five cars at a time. Like this all the time. As we know, you will get the contact us for a free coffee reply since again, they don’t staff their stores properly and no local management ever changes anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! UPDATE; still the same two weeks later… I’m gonna keep this running to show you that it’ll stay this way for years because they don’t fix anything. ! UPDATE 5/25: same long line, and even worse of a wait now. Haven’t changed anything. Get ready to wait for a half an hour to get a coffee in the drive-through. UPDATE 6/5: same line, same people, No change. I’ll post this every month for years to see how long it takes for change!

Get ready for a 30+ minute wait in the drive-through line with over 20+ people. Don’t bother going past 8:30 AM because it’s a Ridiculous Wait! 6 Starbucks in town? This is the only one that has this issue habitually and can’t figure out how to speed up their drive-through. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Get ready for the typical Corp. response link to contact us which nobody really cares about and local district management never fixes the problem. Update… The North Side Starbucks is the only one that knows how to maintain good service. Out of all six locations. This is the best one in town… Update 5/23: same line , no change worse everyday. Don’t bother to come after eight unless you want to wait in ridiculous Long lines

I come here and every day and it IS the best part of my day. Brandon, Zach, James,and Javion (I hope I spelled his name right) always go above and beyond to put a smile on my face. I can easily say they make my day everyday. You can get amazing coffee just about anywhere, you can't always get amazing people everywhere. I truly am so thankful for everyone there!

Was about to rain and the Starbucks was my intention. The rain fell and the coffee got even more tasty as I relaxed and did my work. Atmosphere was relaxing as there wasn’t much persons there. Delicious coffee.
