Service is getting bad and I’m sorry for doing it this way but time after time week after week myself and coworkers order from them and quality is poor at best I called to discuss the manor and was told they have loads of deliveries and it would be a while so as I wait I want to share the complete disappointment and am hoping they actually remake my food and get back to what they once was

If they are not in philadrelphia and want the perfect “HOAGIE”, is jimmy johns the place, time! satisfied sandwiches and service, every time.

I was very disappointed at jimmy johns when I filed a contract almost $30 a week ago. they have a bad habit of not asking customers when they are a reward member and I forgot to tell them. I mentioned them after I already paid and they said it was too late and I could go to the reward and take care of it. they have the worst rewards app I have ever seen not only need to buy them a lot before they even get a pickle, but they can not find what they are looking for, such as adding rewards. I sent to the company an email telling them about the situation the manager recommended to do and got no answer. when they go to jimmy john’s, make sure they tell them before the time, they are a rewarding member, as chances are, they will not ask them and then they will be happy when they have already paid!

We like the lettuce wrapped sandwiches!!!we don't eat bread. I wish more sandwich places did this.very good sandwich!!!

Sent to the jj in the position inverness fl. very professional service. at this place sat 5 people who argue about the question how to make a sandwich. we stood there 2-3 minutes and no one came by to take our order. we left.
