Jimmy John's - Lake Norman of Iredell

We got the #5, Vito sandwich. Was perfect except it had tomato on it and it doesn't list tomato being on this sandwich. I can't have tomato.

Messed up multiple sandwiches by putting extra pickles instead of extra hot peppers. Gross.

Gave me wrong food order for lunch for someone else they didn't want spicy Italian they wanted regular Italian sandwich they gave spicy one and sandwich was thin I rather go to jersey Mike has a better sandwich

Had issues here a couple times. The poor guy had to walk to the menu and back just to see what goes on my sandwich. I asked the manager(Mason) if he was just gonna leave his new hire hanging like that? He said ya, with an arrogant tone and walked away. I proceeded to help the worker make the sandwiches I ordered since he had no idea what he was doing. It was not his fault. He told me he was new and didn't know anything yet. Not sure why the manager was acting like that tbh
