Bad Daddy's Burger

I ordered a burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and grilled onions. The onions weren't grilled, and the lettuce had brown spots on it. The burger patties are pre-made, not handformed, and dry and hard.

Well that was disappointing : We usually visit the Birkdale location but decided to try this one. The service was so slow. I waited 40 minutes for a salad and it didn’t even come out right. I was offered extra dressing if needed. All I thought was how do I wait 40 minutes for a salad with 5 toppings and it’s wrong. My daughter got a grilled cheese that was hard as a rock, I got 2 meals to go that were mediocre. I also had to ask for a refill for each of us. There were only 4 tables there. I’ve been eating from this company for probably 10 years and will never return to this location. Hoping they get help for the back and some training hours to allocate because for $85 for 4 people and 2 meals being kids meals, I’d expect minimally a correct order.

Place was only 1/3 capacity if that, waited 2 hrs to get our food. I ordered a burger well done and it came out bleeding on my bun so when I peeled back the corner it was completely raw!!! My sister n laws tomato was complete with the core ? like honestly who is running this place!!! Never again will I eat there. And please somebody hire some new help that can actually cook!!!! I don’t normally leave reviews but this was insane so there’s that. Rant over!

Service was horrible, waitress waited on a table that was sat after us. Waited on the them hand and foot. People getting food. Well after use order.
