Subway - Lake City

My wife and I were feeling hungry and decided to check out this place. It’s your typical Subway, but we were a bit disappointed to learn that they no longer serve the breakfast sandwiches.

I had an unfortunate experience at the restaurant. One of the ladies at the checkout, whose nameplate read Allybell, tried to charge me for extra food that I didn't order. When I questioned her about the price, she said it was $3.08 for a small drink. I went to ask another lady who was very nice, and she confirmed that I had been charged correctly. It turns out that the lady who initially checked me out had made an error, and the one who assisted me afterward was the one who actually processed my refund.

This is one of the worst Subways I've ever been to, if not the worst. We live just a mile away, and every time we try to go after 9 PM, they are always closed. Although their sign and website say they close at 9:30, if you arrive after 9, they seem to change their closing time just to lock up early. I went in today at 9:10, and everything was already packed up, the staff was mopping, and they told me they closed at 9:15. If that were the case, they shouldn't have started putting everything away until 9:15—not before. I was there at 9:10! I've worked in this industry, and this is not how a business should be run.

The lady who made my sandwich was very helpful and did a big job!

The sandwich was very delicious and just as I had ordered.
