Chick-fil-a - Lake City

This place was so busy. Huge line up, but they were extremely fast and friendly. My son really wanted to try it and he loved the food.

The young lady named Jade who took out order was very nice and polite but I could tell that her and her co-workers were extremely hot coming from Atlanta where I have had the privilege of going to the very first Chick-fil-A in hapeville and seeingthe structure and seeing how well the employees are treated my hope is for this branch of Chick-fil-A to treat their employeesbetter by providing them a more suitable comfortable environment to work in this tumultuous weather

I recently had the privilege of visiting the first Chick-fil-A in Hapeville and was impressed by the excellent treatment of the workers. I hope that the management of this restaurant will ensure their employees are treated well and provided with proper amenities.

After enjoying a delicious meal at Mai, we experienced an unexpected act of customer service. While traveling from Texas to the south, our vehicle suddenly had a major breakdown. When we asked for assistance, the repair and maintenance director of the restaurant immediately came to our aid and fixed our vehicle in the scorching heat of the afternoon. The entire team went above and beyond to help us and truly elevated their customer service. Their exceptional food quality, service, and compassion towards their customers make them a standout establishment. We are truly grateful for their assistance and can't thank them enough!
