Mcdonald's - Lake City

There was only one person at the register, and they didn't have any paper to print out order numbers. Six groups were waiting for their food, and I completely lost track of the 20-minute wait time. I ordered one large fry, and when I finally received it 25 minutes later, they were all mushy. Who is the manager, and what actions have they failed to take?

About an hour 30 in the drive thru, 30 inside to get 3 burgers, 3 pommes and 3 drinks. manager must contact the employees working there. music, scream and squeeze come from behind and kitchen is ridiculous!

Took forever... They had no coin change in the drawer. Not posted anywhere everyone's order was rounded up to the next dollar after a 30 minute order with one other person inline inside

I thought how mcdonald’s did not increase their prices after the economy. Look at how thin their handburgers are. about half of what they were a year ago. no longer go there, very disappointed

Every single time I come here my order is wrong and I'm greeted with poor attitude, especially at the second window. The girl with the gauges in her ears is EXTREMELY rude. If she has a hard time talking to people, maybe she should work in the kitchen or not work a job that deals with customer service. This place is HORRIBLE. They really need to hire some strong employees with experience or management needs to be replaced so that people are getting paid to ACTUALLY do their job.
