Krystal - Lake City

Kudos to the staff who worked 24 hours. The service was great, I thought my order was wrong, but the manager explained how the burgers are done, and she also let me know if I didn't like them they would refund me.... assured me I would enjoy them and I DID! great work everyone in Lake City Krystal!!!

This is the best place to feed the family and children in a jiffy. The service is friendly and fast. The only thing missing is a playground.

Didn?t come for a while cause how bad it is. Decided to try it and had good service and food. That manger has since left do to being forced to pay out of pocket for a theft. Tonight reminded me that I will never come here again. This place needs to be checked into by corporate if it?s a franchise the it needs to be bought back by corporate. Waiting over 20 minutes for two meals then when it?s brought out they only bring one meal no drinks. Didn?t even know it was two meals that I was charged and paid for. Waited another ten minutes for the rest of the food. Love Krystal?s bu not this location.

Slow. You are guaranteed to wait 15 35 mins for your food. Krystal burgers look half done and bread is soggy. You can be the only person in Drive through and you will still be pulled and have to wait for your order, which will be half cold and half undone.

After sitting in drive through a lil to long we decided to go inside and we Had the pleasure of the general manager wait on us the other night. she was very nice.. Considering the wait wasn't long at all we were just super impatient. Lol she was very nice we received excellent service and then didn't have to pay for the food which was even better. Hot food and great customer service was a great way to end the night.????
