Arby's - Lake City

I tried the specialty hamburger that I was really looking forward to, but I was very disappointed. It lacked flavor and was overcooked to the point that it actually hurt my gums. I'm really let down by Arby's, as I've always held them in high regard until now. They really dropped the ball this time. I'm not sure we'll be trying any of their other new specials.

Despite that, the food is always fantastic, and I appreciate their coupons that allow us to order in larger quantities. They always get our orders right. One of my favorite treats is the Jamocha shake—it's amazing! And I can't forget the fries. There's no Checkers around anymore (and has been for about 20 years), so this is my go-to spot for those deliciously seasoned fries!

The cashier was packing our food while the manager placed my meal back on the warmer.

I was really disappointed with my visit. They couldn't even prepare a simple milkshake. To make matters worse, three different managers ignored us during our time there. I've never encountered an experience like this at this location before!

It took quite a while for our food to arrive, and I found it to be overpriced for what we received. The staff didn't seem particularly pleased to be working there, either.
