Saltgrass Steak House - Lake Charles

Soup was lukewarm but the chicken fried steak was good. Asked for gravy on mashed potatoes served without. We were seated outside of restaurant so atmosphere was casino hallway. Busy place so bring patience hour long wait for table.

Absolutely love it! Everytime I am in the area Satlgrass is the spot for me! Everyone is Absolutely amazing — they take such good care of each of the customers! The food is consistently delicious (Derek and Trista thank you! Y'all make my trips so much better!

Ordered a sirloin steak to go. It was so tough I wound up throwing over half of it away. Who throws a steak away. That bad. If I still had it I could still be chewing it. I never Call a restaurant back but it was so disappointing I had to The manager said he was sorry. End of story. No way to run a restaurant. I will not be back

We love saltgrass, it is always a hit or miss on how great the food is, but this location had the best ribeye we have had! Melt in your mouth delicious. All other sides are just okay, service was pretty good.

My Sister took me there for my Birthday Dinner. First time I've ever eaten at a Salt Grass. The food Was FANTASTIC!!! Very clean. Our Waitress ” Kennedy” was probably the best waitress I've had in a very long time. I would give her 10 stars if they had it. The fried mushrooms were really good. I had the steak and shrimp. Awesome!!! And I Love Their bread!!!
